Prepare the wall
Remove dust, oil, paint, laitance and loose material. Repair unstable areas and pre-dampen absorbent masonry without leaving standing water.
Measure clean water
Use only the water quantity stated in the approved TDS. Excess water reduces strength and increases shrinkage.
Mix mechanically
Add powder gradually to water and mix at low speed until a smooth, uniform mortar is obtained.
Rest and remix
Allow the stated maturation time, then remix briefly. Do not add extra water after the mix begins to stiffen.
Apply to thickness
Apply firmly with the correct trowel in the product’s recommended thickness range. Build excessive thickness in separate coats.
Finish and cure
Level or trowel-finish as specified. Protect the fresh surface from rapid drying, rain and strong wind, and follow the approved curing method.
